This practice saved my life.
Response from the owner:Thank you for your powerful words, Heather! We're truly grateful to have had a positive impact on your life. Your well-being is our top priority, and we are here for you whenever you need us.
I attended both IOP and TMS through Bishop Health. When I arrived at Bishop I was hanging onto life by a very tenuous thread. There must have been some spark in me that wanted to live, though, because I made my way there. The staff worked with me and helped to gently coax that spark into a small flame and eventually into a gentle fire.

IOP had been recommended to me several times over the years as I have struggled with depression, but I always resisted. I am so glad that I let myself seek the support of IOP this time around, because it feels like it has given me the time to dig deep and the tools to handle what I found. I still have days where I struggle - but I have some skills now that I can turn to on hard days and fellow IOP graduates/peers that I still lean on for support and fellowship.

I am grateful for the staff, the support, and the services that were provided by Bishop.... from help completing forms (Thanks Hayley) to the smiling face of Althea (thank you) to amazing counselors (Thanks Maeve and Chad) to skilled facilitators (Thank you Nina, Christine, Ben, Christina, Hannah, Chad, Amos, Melissa) to snacks with stickers that held encouraging messages to the TMS staff (Thank you MK, Katherine and Lisa) to the ED, Aronson who always made an effort to check-in!

I hope I won't ever get to the point where I need it again, but it makes me feel secure to know that Bishop will be there if I do.

Thanks!
Response from the owner:Thank you so much for sharing your experience, Melissa! We're honored to have been part of your journey and are thrilled to know that our team was able to support you in such a meaningful way. Your words truly inspire us to continue providing exceptional care. Remember, you're never alone, and we're always here for you whenever you need us.
