What is the IOP schedule?
IOP meets for three-hour group sessions three to five days per week, mornings (9AM–12PM) or afternoons (1PM–4PM), plus weekly individual therapy and monthly psychiatry. The curriculum runs 12 weeks and admission is rolling, so you can start without waiting for a cohort.
Is TMS covered by insurance?
Usually, yes. Most commercial plans and MaineCare cover TMS for depression after prior medication trials, with prior authorization — our team manages that paperwork and tells you your out-of-pocket cost before you start.
